No dia 15 de janeiro de 2024, decorreu a 75ª edição dos Prémios Emmy do Primetime, que prestigiou o que de melhor se fez na programação televisiva em horário nobre nos Estados Unidos, no período entre 1 de junho de 2022 e 31 de maio de 2023, segundo a escolha da Academia de Artes e Ciências da Televisão.
A cerimónia, que deveria ter ocorrido em setembro de 2023, foi transmitida pela Fox, com os 75ª edição dos Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards a decorrerem nos dias 6 e 7 de janeiro no Peacock Theater, no centro de Los Angeles, Califórnia, após um adiamento devido a conflitos laborais em Hollywood em 2023. Foram entregues um total de 26 prémios Emmy.
